Information Gathering & Targeting Capabilities

Supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s (AFLCMC) mission to “Acquire and Support War-Winning Capabilities.” The motto is “AFLCMC…Providing the Warfighter’s Edge.”

One of six centers under Air Force Materiel Command, the AFLCMC is the single center responsible for total life cycle management of Air Force weapon systems. The AFLCMC’s Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Special Operations Forces Directorate (ISR SOF) plays a large role in ensuring combatant commanders have the information gathering and targeting capabilities to make informed decisions and eliminate threats.

We directly support cost estimating and analysis in the development, fielding, and sustainment of high-altitude ISR sensors providing vital information to the warfighter in tightly contested environments. These sensors provide information superiority over the adversary and directly contribute to mission success. Our assessments of expected costs provide invaluable decision support to senior Air Force leaders as they prioritize acquisition of these vital capabilities within available financial resources. Additionally, we provide similar services in support of Foreign Military Sales programs to provide ISR sensors and capability to our global partners.
