Duong Vuong (DV)

DV is an accomplished finance and operations executive with over twenty years of experience spanning corporate finance and accounting, government consulting, and military support services. He is also a co-founder of OMNI Consulting Solutions, where he currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). In this role, DV oversees corporate operations compliance, executive administration, security, and organizational efficiency. Since assuming the CAO position in 2022, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening OMNI’s internal infrastructure, driving sustainable growth, and successfully executing the merger and acquisition of a SaaS company. 

Before becoming CAO, DV served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at OMNI for over 11 years, where he significantly shaped the company’s financial strategy and operational success. From 2011 to 2015, he worked as a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case Manager in the United States Air Force, managing the planning, execution, and oversight of foreign military sales programs. He also worked as a Financial Analyst at MCR Federal, where he supported the Department of Defense through the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process. 

DV began his career at Pacific Life as a Business Analyst, focusing on financial analysis, program management, and process improvement. 

DV holds an MBA from Boise State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from California State University, Fullerton. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). In his spare time, DV enjoys family trips, playing basketball, snowboarding, poker, and following college football.
