Joe Maguadog is a results-driven executive and former U.S. Air Force Colonel with a proven track record of leading high-performing organizations, optimizing operations, and driving strategic growth. 

As Chief Operating Officer of OMNI Consulting Solutions LLC, he oversees company operations, ensures operational excellence, and supports OMNI’s continued expansion within the defense and intelligence sectors. With extensive experience managing complex government programs, Joe is focused on executing corporate strategies, strengthening customer relationships, and fostering a high-performance culture that delivers mission-critical solutions.  

Before joining OMNI, Joe served 21+ years in the U.S. Air Force, where he directed multi-billion-dollar programs in space-based environmental monitoring, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), and advanced technology development. He successfully led global teams, spearheaded strategic initiatives, and collaborated with senior leaders across the Department of Defense, intelligence community, and industry partners. His ability to manage large-scale operations, drive efficiency, and build strong partnerships has been instrumental in his transition to the private sector.  

Joe holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and multiple advanced degrees in management, national security, and strategic leadership. He is passionate about building resilient organizations, mentoring the next generation of leaders, and driving impactful change in both the defense industry and the broader business community.
