 Ten percent of our workforce serves in the National Guard or Reserves, continuing their commitment to mission and country. Through SkillBridge, transitioning service members gain hands-on civilian experience while still serving on active duty. Participants receive structured mentorship and meaningful access to executive leadership, ensuring insight into both day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making. Our goal is a thoughtful, supported transition into the next chapter.  

 Our internship is fully remote, providing flexibility without sacrificing meaningful experience. Participants gain exposure to multiple areas of the business while working in a format that is convenient and non-disruptive to family life. The program is designed to support both professional growth and personal stability during transition. 

 Our internship timeline is designed to support the realities of military transition. Participants work with the team to customize program length, with a minimum two-month commitment to ensure value and impact. Flexibility is built into the experience. 

 Participants engage directly in day-to-day operations and support projects that matter across Recruiting, Business Operations, and Business Development. The focus is on meaningful contributions and real-world experience. Impact is measured by involvement, not observation.
