K.C. Newton is a dynamic leader, entrepreneur, and veteran with over twenty-five years of experience leading teams to procure large defense systems. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of OMNI Consulting Solutions, LLC, where he guides the company's strategic direction, growth and innovation in its service and software offerings since 2011. Based in El Segundo, California, K.C. is committed to aligning OMNI's mission with the changing needs of its stakeholders. 

K.C. started his career in the U.S. Air Force as a Contracting Officer, focusing on procurement for major Air Force systems and infrastructure, including support for operations in Iraq. Post military service he worked at General Electric leading an $8M profit and loss service center driving significant growth in commercial services. K.C. then worked as a Director for Space and Missile Systems at MCR Federal, where he assisted the Air Force in acquiring high-value space programs, leveraging his military expertise in procurement law and federal contracting strategies.

In addition to his entrepreneurial leadership, he serves as the Chairman of the Board for The Next Mission, a non-profit organization dedicated to organizing purpose-driven humanitarian missions for veterans. Through his work, K.C. empowers veterans by facilitating transformative global initiatives. He is committed to bridging the capabilities of the public and private sectors to drive impact, innovation, and social change. K.C. holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the United States Air Force Academy.
