Nate Conn

Nate is an experienced leader in federal procurement and generating enterprise value, with over 25 years of service in both government and industry. He is currently OMNI's Chief Growth Officer, where he is responsible for driving the company's strategic expansion, establishing partnerships, and leading innovation initiatives.
Nate has been instrumental in advancing OMNI's mission to provide high-impact consulting services in the defense and aerospace sectors. Before joining OMNI, Nate served as a business development consultant and leader driving strategy and solutions that delivered over $10B in client success. He began his career as a Program Manager in the U.S. Air Force gaining extensive experience in defense acquisition and program management.
Nate holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
