OMNI Consulting Solutions Awarded $147.8M USSF Contract

OMNI to lead acquisition support for critical Military Communications and Positioning, Navigation and Timing missions  

EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — OMNI Consulting Solutions, Inc. has been awarded a five-year contract valued at up to $147.8 million to provide acquisition support services for the U.S. Space Force’s Space Systems Command (SSC) Military Communications (MILCOMM) and Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT) mission areas.

The award represents a significant milestone for OMNI, marking the company’s first prime contract at Space Systems Command and largest prime award to date. Under the contract, OMNI will lead a team of more than 100 professionals providing acquisition and program support to critical MILCOMM and PNT programs supporting the nation’s space capabilities.

OMNI has supported SSC and the MILCOMM and PNT mission for years as a member of the incumbent contractor team. The new award provides an opportunity to build on that experience while assuming responsibility as the prime contractor, bringing together an experienced team with deep knowledge of the customer, its programs, and the mission.

The contract has a potential period of performance through September 2031.
