Chiko Huang brings over 20 years of experience as a financial executive and strategic leader, with a background in defense consulting, financial analysis, and government services. Currently, he is the Chief Financial Officer at OMNI Consulting Solutions, LLC, where he is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, planning, and performance management. Since taking on this role in January 2023, Chiko has played a crucial role in promoting fiscal discipline and aligning the company’s financial strategies with its long-term goals. 

Chiko served as Vice President and Chief of Strategy and Business Development at OMNI for over a decade, driving growth initiatives and client engagement in the defense and federal consulting sectors. Prior to that, he was a Program Manager and Senior Financial Analyst at MCR Federal, overseeing financial and programmatic efforts for U.S. Air Force projects from 2005 to 2011. His career began as a Business Analyst at Integrated Data Services and as an Accounting Technician at the Defense Finance and Accounting Service, where he gained expertise in government finance and accounting. 

With a deep understanding of both the public and private sectors, Chiko brings a unique blend of financial acumen, strategic foresight, and mission-driven leadership. His work continues to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth across OMNI Consulting Solutions’ portfolio. 

DV holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University.
